Building Financial Confidence and Long-Term Wealth in Switzerland: Perspectives for Women, Lessons for EveryoneThursday, 3 September 2026, 12:00 to 14:00    Many professionals reach mid-life with successful careers and international lives, yet still feel uncertain about their financial future. Opportunities to build long-term wealth, strengthen financial security and make informed decisions often remain untapped.   This interactive workshop is designed to change that. We'll demystify the Swiss financial landscape, look honestly at what stands in the way of financial confidence, and walk through the practical steps that make the biggest difference. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the Swiss pension system, investing principles and the financial decisions that can have the greatest long-term impact. The session will also explore some of the challenges that disproportionately affect women, including career breaks, part-time work and pension gaps. Led by Minna Schmidt, INSEAD alumna, co-founder of Flourish Financially, former consultant at McKinsey and BlackRock, and certified Swiss Financial Planner (Finanzplanerin mit eidg. Fachausweis), this workshop will combine practical guidance with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. Want to take the conversation further?
