Walk & Wine, LavauxSaturday, 15 June 2024Join your fellow INSEAD alumni for an awe-inspiring, yet easy-paced walk through the unique Lavaux vineyards. We will be guided by professional English and French speaking tour guides from the region who will have many a story to tell. We will end the walk with a fabulous wine-tasting and appetisers in the stunning setting of the terrace of Domaine de La Crausaz, a 509-year old winery in Grandvaux.Listed as a UNESCO cultural heritage site since 2007, the vineyards between Lutry and Vevey have been shaped by human hands since the 11th century. Boasting 10,000 terraces, interwoven with viticulture paths and dotted with wine-producing villages, the site has retained its authenticity and integrity, offering an architectural heritage of an exceptional richness and diversity.  Programme 15:00: Arrival and welcome at Maison Lavaux, Grandvaux Address of the meeting point:Maison LavauxSentier des Vinches 21091 Grandvaux  15:30–17:30: Guided walk (Please indicate your preference (or not) for an English- or French-speaking tour guide).
