Geneva-based duo Structurals and musician Owelle take their collaborative project developed in 2022 for La Bâtie to a new level for a fantastic 360° set that will have you on your feet.   From the virtual world to extended reality (XR) and augmented reality, immersive environments are becoming increasingly important in the digital arts. The Mapping Festival has chosen to explore the relationship between the tangible and the virtual world by investing Syllepse, a 200 m2 audiovisual space, allowing a 360° projection of exceptional quality. Several performances, concerts and films will be presented there, combining different mediums to plunge the spectators into fabulous collective journeys.   "Perception Scaled" is a journey from the infinitely small to the infinitely large, in a virtual world in perpetual evolution, which disrupts and transforms all notions of scale and space. Synchronized to the video, the sound will also travel thanks to textures that transform and move. Oscillating between synthetic noises and field recording, we will navigate on the border between figurative and abstract.   Owelle produces electronic music in the form of experimental spatialized pieces as well as dj sets. Structurals is a duo of new media artists who create interactive installations through light and projections. They also produce live visuals for concerts by building generative universes.   Duration : about 1 hour
