From the making to the tasting, you will discover the traditional recipe of the emblematic (sweet) cake of our valley: la salée! This unmissable pastry from the Dents du Midi region is made with a filling composed of a mixture of sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. During this workshop, we will reveal all the tricks of this recipe, which is kept secret by many inhabitants of the Val d'Illiez! Practical information :- Rear entrance to the Espace Cavagne- Parking at the back of the Cavagne Animation maintained from 2 participants.Reservations until 5pm the day before.
