Textual material is once again at the heart of this third project by the Anthropie collective. This gentle, messy writing cell – in their own words – plunges us into a semi-fiction written on the edge of a murky pool. On stage, a body is immersed in an audiovisual flux, woven from sound storms and tattered family archives. To paint an emotional portrait of a generation suffering from pre-traumatic stress, this body seeks to revive a plastic microcosm and recalls periods in history when ecological upheavals undermined the social and political order, albeit never without violence. Since the future isn’t what it used to be, let’s arm ourselves with all their poetry.
