Our « Cozy Fall » reading camp is all about books, making new friends and enjoying Fall in a cozy mountain chalet. Join a group of 10 book lovers for 2 days of relaxing and socializing.    Date and Location From Friday 16th October 2026 5 PM To Sunday 18th October 2026 3 PM. Le Ranch, Evolène, Valais   Program Friday evening  Arrival from 5 PM Ice breaker and apéro Welcome Dinner (fondue or raclette) Reading by the fire pit (if weather permits, or reading inside by candle light) Saturday  Wake up and breakfast Hike Lunch break End of the hike / Reading & tea time Create your own bookmark Dinner Discussion of our common book by the fire  Sunday Wake up and breakfast Journaling session Reading time Lunch Reading time End of the weekend      Age Participants must be 18 years old or older.    Included 2 nights at the Ranch in a dormitory Every meal from Friday evening to Sunday lunch Activities   About the Ranch Located right outside Evolène, the Ranch is the perfect place to read and relax. A former holiday camp, it features a large multipurpose room for meals and activities, 3 dormitories, a shared bathroom with 5 shower cubicles and a large garden with a view of the spectacular Dent Blanche and Veisivi peaks. Parking spots are available for free. The Ranch is also accessible by bus (Bus Stop is Evolène Planchet). From the bus stop there is a 5-minute walk to reach the Ranch.    Food The meals served at the Ranch are homemade by us or a caterer. We prioritize locally produced food whenever possible. When booking a camp, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions so we can adapt our menus.
