Description

Real Conversations about Protecting Time and Energy in the Workplace, ZurichMonday, 16 March 2026Join INSEAD Women in Business Zurich for an evening of honest, interactive conversation on boundaries, pressure and sustainable leadership, hosted at AWS Zurich. We’ll start with a few short personal stories in an interactive panel format, weave in simple reflective activities, and then open up to informal networking over an apéro.You’ll leave with a clearer sense of where your own boundaries hold (and where they don’t), a few practical ways to ask for what you need, and connections with others who are facing similar questions.   Panelists   Daniela Landherr is an INSEAD EMCC alumna, the CEO and founder of The Human Space and was previously Head of Talent Engagement at Google. In her current role at The Human Space, she partners with organizations to build ecosystems of trust and psychological safety enabling honest conversations and sustainable performance.   Dr. Jan Schmutz is a Professor at the University of Zurich, focusing on how teams perform under extreme pressure — from Antarctic expeditions to emergency medicine and firefighting. His research explores coordination, communication under stress, and how leaders can recognise early warning signs before performance declines.   Hoi Kwan Lam is Chief Commercial Officer at HeiQ Life Sciences and INSEAD GEMBA alumna, Hoi Kwan has led global marketing and commercial teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
