Welcome to our Pilates class with Anne-Claire from Harmony Fitness, a 45-minute break dedicated to reconnecting with your body and resetting your energy. Through controlled, mindful movements, deep postural strengthening and conscious breathing, the body is gently rebalanced after long hours of sitting. The class focuses on core strength, alignment, mobility and body awareness, with no pressure for performance or intensity. An ideal mid-day pause to release tension, improve posture and leave feeling lighter, stronger and more centred as you return to your day. All levels welcome. All equipment provided. Just bring comfortable clothes and the intention to move with awareness.
