Future of Talent in the Age of AITuesday, 28 April 2026 – 18:00-21:30 While the public debate around the impact of AI is hyped, polarized and spectacular, the real AI transformation is moving on steadfastly inside organizations. AI solutions are adopted across the organization. Work is changing accordingly and talent management is evolving to ensure that the right talent is at the right place at the right time.Join us in this event to hear our panel share unfiltered lessons from their organizations’ AI adoption journeys, how these journeys are impacting, and how they have been enabled by talent management.In addition to sharing where they are today, what works, and what can be learned from their recent experience, the panel will also  discuss what work may look like in the future, in the age of AI, and how to develop talent accordingly.These are some of the practical questions we will explore: How do you manage talent when technology solutions develop very fast and unpredictably, and talent needs are constantly changing? How do you align talent management efforts across the organization in this fast-moving unpredictable environment? What is the role of the stakeholders (executives, people managers, employees) in contributing to enable future talent management success? What could the future of talent management look like, and what do we want it to look like?
