By purchase of this ticket, I give my express consent to EHL Group, Communication & Marketing Departments, to use my image, directly or indirectly, as part of the promotion of EHL Group as an educational institution, for advertising purposes. The assigned rights to my image comprise the right of reproduction, adaptation and communication to the public of my image by any medium and in particular in any book, newspaper, periodical, booklet, brochure, catalogue, guide book, diary, display case, game, postcard, photocopy, advertising, social media, in any form of electronic or video publishing and in particular on DVD, Internet, Intranet, mobile telephony or on any other existing or future medium and by any existing or future process in order to promote EHL Group. The above-mentioned rights may be utilized directly by EHL Group and/or indirectly by any company deemed expedient of promoting EHL Group.This permission is given free of charge both for Switzerland and for foreign countries from today onwards (e.g. the creation of books and films tracing history of the school). Under the data protection regulations, I have a number of rights with regard to my image. I have the right, upon request, to know how my image is used, to object or to restrict the use of my image. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time.
