Description

A gourmet and enriching experience among thousands of raclette cheeses!   You will learn the techniques of the different stages of production in a unique place that brings together some 16,000 wheels of raclette cheese from the mountain pastures of the Dents du Midi region. To round off your visit, you will taste some delicious local cheeses with a glass of wine.   Animation maintained from 5 persons.Reservations are required until 12 am the day before the event.
