Fabio Biondi is one of the most influential figures in the musical world on period instruments, he is the very incarnation of a certain stylistic research, far from dogmatism, while remaining faithful to his initial quest, that of a language original. From its first recording of Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Europa Galante conquered audiences around the world thanks to its revolutionary reading and its free and passionate interpretation of Italian music, establishing itself with extraordinary success. In March 2024, association Musika presents Fabio Biondi and a selection of the Partitas and Sonatas for Solo Violin by Johann Sebastian Bach, a reflection of the CD launched in 2021, described by Gramophone magazine as “magical”. Personal reading among all, almost autobiographical, freed from scientific and historical obligations, Fabio Biondi's style is a signature of freedom.
