Description

Artist Residency at Henosis: Kety Fusco As part of our residency programme at Henosis, we are delighted to welcome Kety Fusco, an Italian-Swiss harpist whose work pushes the boundaries between classical music, electronic sound, and sonic experimentation. During this residency, she will develop MÜRMÜR, a new work combining harp, electronics, and a future choir. At the heart of the project: the sounds of the harp, captured, sampled, and transformed live, enter into dialogue with texts in the Mesolcina dialect, inspired by the heritage of this Swiss valley. On September 26, come and discover the first fragments of this creation during a presentation concert. More than a concert, this will be an immersion into an ongoing creative process. Trained as a classical harpist, Kety now transforms her instrument through the electric harp and real-time sound processing. Her creations have taken her to international stages such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Montreux Jazz Festival, and the Paléo Festival, and have led her to collaborate with artists including Iggy Pop, Stromae, and Jeff Mills. A rare opportunity to step behind the scenes of a work in the making.
