YANNICK DÉLEZ STRING QUINTET   Gerdur Gunnarsdottir violin Rodrigo Bauzá violin Raphael Grunau viola Susanne Paul cello Yannick Délez piano/composition   Recipient of 15 Gault Millau points, the Diner’s Club at Backstage Hotel Vernissage will serve a three-course dinner from 19.30 for those who wish to dine before the concert.  Starter: Coconut soup with black tiger prawns, lemongrass and sesame seeds. Main course: Pork fillet served with Bintje potatoes, pesto and green pepper sauce Dessert: Creme brulée accompanied by gooseberries, milk ice cream and a pinch of tonka bean   *Please note that the dinner is not included in the festival pass or in the Culture AG. If you are a Festival Pass or Cultural GA holder and would like to take part in the meal, please contact ticketing@zermattfestival.com.
