But also to the circle of people who surround us and who support us with their Presences while dancing. Thanks to the movement and with the support of the Sacred Cacao, come reconnect with your inner truth directly, through experience!Welcome to the Tribe of the Heart.Never been to an Ecstatic Dance? :The practice of Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to explore the balance within yourself, with YOUR DANCE at the center, which brings you back to your natural balance.Ecstatic Dance Vevey is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves freely, alongside a magnificent group of people who are there to connect and develop together through movement.Join us and enjoy a safe and inspiring space to dance without talking or drinking (except water and cocoa) with bare feet on the floor. It is about self-expression, freeing our minds and bodies and connecting with ourselves and those around us. No alcoholic beverages and no chatter on the dance floor helps us keep this intention. The music varies, exploring all horizons, helps us connect to the sound and the dance.Guidelines:1. No talking on the dance floor (space to talk outside the room and at the bar).2. Drug-free, smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.3. No photos or videos, cell phones turned off and out of sight.4. Respect your space and that of others.5. Move your body however you want!6. You can dance alone or with as many partners as you want to join. (If you prefer not to dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in prayer position over your heart.)7. This is a space of consent and kindness where we are all responsible for ourselves.What to bring:1. Loose clothing that allows you to move your body and feel as free as possible.2. A bottle of water. You can fill it on site. We do not provide plastic cups, we strive to be a zero waste event.Evening schedule:Open house: 7pmCacao Sagrado served outside the venue, before the dance space opens.Ecstatic Dance: 7:45pm to 10:00pm10pm-10:30pm, Sound Therapy - Integration.Organizer: Sacha Nielsen aka DJ Unity. Initiator of the Ecstatic Dance Vevey movement since 2018 and co-creator of the free dance association of Léman.
