WINEGROWERS’ DINNER – VINO VERRITAS IN GENEVA Monday, March 2, 2026, from 7:30 PM. Three-course menu (vegetarian option and allergies to be indicated at time of booking): Omnivore Beef tartare, mustard emulsion, and house-made pickles Macaroni with longeole sausage and sauerkraut praline Panna cotta, red wine-poached apple, and mulled wine syrup Vegetarian Beetroot tartare, beetroot miso emulsion, and mustard pickles Cavatelli with koji and pépé Panna cotta, red wine-poached apple, and mulled wine syrup Wines from local vintners, water, and coffee included. 85 CHF per person.
