The special appearance of the fantastic British trip-hop group will kick off the 2024 edition of Next Step. Initiated in 1995 by Londoners Ollie Teeba and Jake Wherry, this project embodies the fusion of hip-hop, funk, and jazz. Since the release of their debut album Remedies on the Ninja Tune label, the producer duo has consistently innovated, adept at both glorifying samples sourced from the depths of record bins and collaborating with instrumentalists and vocalists from diverse backgrounds. For this exceptional concert and after several years off of the circuit, The Herbaliser Band will take the stage in a lineup featuring one of the founding members and five musicians to perform the repertoire of Session 1 & 2, released in 2009.
