Description

This project was born of the encounter between Virginia Woolf's work and Domenico Scarlatti's Stabat Mater, a rare gem of the Baroque repertoire never before staged. Simon-Pierre Bestion and La Tempête freely revisit Scarlatti's material and indulge in a stunning and jubilant sound experience - there's electric bass, accordion, even a musical saw! - The Stabat Mater is discovered with new ears.
