Description

On today's easy walk, you will delve deep into nature in search of wild spring plants and learn more about their medicinal or culinary properties.   Then, you'll roll up your sleeves and set to work in the kitchen, using creative recipes that showcase simplicity and seasonal products to prepare delicious, healthy appetizers, washed down with drinks made from more wild plants.   You will, of course, leave with the day's recipes so that you can treat your friends and family to the simple perfection of nature's seasonal specialities.   Practical information:- Meet at the Salle de la Cour in Troistorrents, then carpool to Val-d'Illiez for the walk.- The activity will be cncelled in case of inclement weather.- All equipment is provided on-site.   Recommendations: - Walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.   Minimum 2 participantsReservations until 5 pm the previous day
