On the occasion of its 20th edition, Le Temps du Cornalin celebrates two decades of passion, terroir, and conviviality in the heart of the village of Flanthey. Over the years, the event has become a must-attend gathering in Valais, bringing together generations and wine lovers who share a taste for discovery and connection. To mark this anniversary, the village will take on a unique medieval atmosphere, with entertainment, traditions, and local flavors creating a festive and immersive experience. Immersive Medieval Banquet – Friday, September 18 Cornalin, first mentioned in 1311 during the medieval period, lies at the heart of this unique experience. For this jubilee edition, we invite you to rediscover its history through an immersive banquet held in the multipurpose hall of Flanthey. Program: A 4-course medieval gourmet banquet crafted by Bryann Richard (Moulin de Sévery) A live performance by Aline Bonvin and René-Claude Emery, woven into the meal as theatrical “interludes” A talk by Philippe Ligron on the history of gastronomy A warm and timeless experience at the crossroads of live performance and fine dining.
