Come and discover the smem's collection of electronic musical instruments. Located in a warehouse at BlueFactory, this unique collection of more than 5,000 pieces of musical instrument history is unique in the world. For one hour, a guide will reveal the history of instruments that made the sound of music from the second half of the 20th century. You will see instruments forgotten by history, others that have become inaccessible and a wealth of incredible inventions. If the words synthesis, analog or tape effects don't mean anything to you, don't worry, this guided tour is for a wide audience and is suitable for all ages. If, on the other hand, synthesizers have no secrets for you, the smem collection will surprise you. You will also have the opportunity to hear the very special sounds of some instruments. Discover the history of the collection, the collector Klemens Trenkle and the future projects of the smem during a privileged hour. Smem offers tours in English, German and French.  The warehouse of the smem is a well-kept secret. Come at least 5 minutes before the start of the visit. Meet your guide at the Playroom.
