A wonderful gourmet discovery walk in Troistorrents on the theme of bread! The Municipality of Troistorrents has an exceptional heritage linked to bread, with a rich cereal-growing tradition, its Vieux Moulins de la Tine and the bread ovens of Propéraz and Collaire, which are still in operation. While enjoying delicious local specialties, you will discover this cultural heritage in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Route and program : Stand N°1: Chalet de la Treille – Au Beau Réveil Bakery / Pastries, coffee or fruit juice Stand N°2: La Cavagne / Cheeses from the Val d’Illiez and sausages, wine or fruit juice Stand N°3: Chemex School – Dents-du-Midi Fire Brigade / Meat terrine, wine or fruit juice Stand N°4: Collaire bread oven / Pan-fried cow sérac cheese, wine or fruit juice Stand N°5: Vieux Moulins de la Tine / Lovage cream soup, croutons, cheese, wine or fruit juice Stand N°6: Chez Azalée and A la Pizz’ / Braised beef cheeks in red wine with side dishes, wine or fruit juice Stand N°7: La Boulan’Tine / Petit fours, coffee, digestif, wine or fruit juice All the bread served during this walk will be made by the Collaire bread oven. Practical information : – Meeting point in front of the Chalet de la Treille in Troistorrents - Children aged 6 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult
