Description

Bathed in the morning light and the calm of the peaks, the sun's rays sparkling on the pristine snow will fill your yoga sessions with energy and tranquillity. Then prolong this moment of well-being with a gourmet brunch at Chalet Chanso, for a rejuvenating break in the heart of nature.   Equipment required:- Yoga mat or towel, snowshoes and poles, technical clothing that is breathable and warm (depending on weather conditions), a spare T-shirt, a bottle of water and good outdoor shoes.   Practical information:- Easy walk, approximately 300m elevation gain- Easy route, but good physical condition recommended- Carpooling will be organised between participants from the village square in Troistorrents   Activity will go ahead with a minimum of 2 participants.In case of bad weather, the activity will be cancelledRegistration until 5pm the day before the activity.
