The Gex-Fabry and Granger family dairy is famous for its Raclette. This visit will give you a chance to sample a delectable cheese and show you how tradition and modernity go hand-in-hand.   Situated at an altitude of 1400m, just above the village of Champéry, the Le Pont alpine cheese dairy operates in an entirely renovated former family chalet. Inaugurated in 2020, tradition and modernity come together to create an outstanding PDO Raclette called 'Dents du Midi 30'. The artisanal process combines new technologies, like solar energy to heat the milk. After sharing some of their manufacturing secrets with you, the Gex-Fabry and Granger families invite you to taste some of their delicious local specialities.
