On June 12th at 19:00, Essensaciones presents a unique gastronomic experience together with Mexican chef Luis Romo, awarded 1 Michelin star, a Green Star, and 16 Gault Millau points. An evening where Mexico and Spain come together around the table in an exclusive sharing tasting menu created by the chefs and their teams, blending tradition, creativity, and a deep passion for cuisine. The Markthalle Glarus will host this special collaboration, designed to be enjoyed without borders, sharing flavours, techniques, and stories in a distinctive gastronomic experience limited to a small number of guests.
