An evening where Mexico and Spain come together around the table in an exclusive sharing tasting menu created by the chefs and their teams, blending tradition, creativity, and a deep passion for cuisine. The Markthalle Glarus will host this special collaboration, designed to be enjoyed without borders, sharing flavours, techniques, and stories in a distinctive gastronomic experience limited to a small number of guests.
