Harnessing Agentic AI: Creating Value Across Your OrganizationThursday, 12 November 2026 Agentic AI is changing how organizations create value and requiring new operating models, skills, and decision-making processes. It also raises the question of how to scale AI in practice: where to focus, how to govern, and how to redesign workflows. At this event, hosted by McKinsey & Company Geneva office, participants will have the chance to engage in live demos of cross-industry agentic AI applications to see what scaled deployment looks like in practice. The demos span end-to-end workflows, human-AI collaboration and autonomous agents embedded in operations, demonstrating what it takes to turn technical capability into measurable business outcomes. This event brings together leaders, decision-makers and experts from across functions to explore: What separates AI hype from scalable impact? How can AI become a driver of measurable enterprise value? How is AI reshaping roles, skills and organizational structures? She focuses on large-scale performance and cost (SG&A) transformations, operating model redesign, and culture change, with particular expertise in consumer goods and insurance.
