Wine on the RhineTuesday, 28 October 2025, 18:30The Basel Chapter invites alumni from the Basel region and all Switzerland to the delightful and enchanting evening in a picturesque riverside setting, where you will immerse yourself in the world of fine wines and French culture. Under the theme of "Grandes Appellations" our wine tasting will take you through the many flavours, smells and colours of different main varieties of wine from Europe. Guided by our knowledgeable sommeliers, you'll have the opportunity to savour a curated selection of exquisite wines while discovering the unique stories each varietal has to offer. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just beginning to explore the intricacies of wine, we invite you to join us in celebrating its pleasures, all while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow connoisseurs. Please note: the event will be held in French.This event is for adults only. Tickets include wine tasting and food (set menu), including dessert and coffee.
