Les Hivernales
Aliose In just a few years, the Swiss duo Aliose has found a very personal place in the landscape of French-speaking pop songs. After numerous concerts in Switzerland and abroad, and two self-produced original albums released only in Switzerland, Aliose signed in 2016 with Warner Music France, and with Live Nation for tours in France. A first EP (Pixels, 2016) then precedes the album Comme on respire (2017) produced by Pierre Jaconelli (Zazie, Benjamin Biolay, Calogero, Johnny Hallyday…). The album took Alizé Oswald and Xavier Michel in 2018 the Swiss Music Awards as well as the Victoires de la Musique in the “Revelation Album” category. The duo then actively toured in France and Switzerland, played in Paris at Les Etoiles then at the Café de la Danse, and performed at numerous festivals such as Paléo or Francofolies de Spa. Alizé and Xavier claim their strong taste for French song which has its roots in the 70s, influenced at a very young age by artists like Maxime Le Forestier, Alain Souchon, Michel Polnareff, Michel Berger and William Sheller. They were also immersed in a more recent French-speaking scene, from which they drew part of their inspiration: -M-, Camille, Philippe Katerine, Benjamin Biolay, Tété, Jérémie Kisling, more recently Gaël Faye, Voyou and even Pomme are among the artists they listened to and listened to again.
