AZANIA NOAH SINGS FOR SIERRA LEONE - Concerts

Originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, this award-winning, multi-cultural artist was born and raised in the U.S. & in Switzerland. Azania Noah has sung at some of the most prestigious venues, including the famous Blue Note Jazz Club and the legendary Apollo in New York City, as well as in major music festivals, and recently featured on the TV show “The Voice” in France (TF1 TV). An avid philanthropist, Azania has always had a heart for the needs of children in Sierra Leone. Ever since their 11-year civil war, access to quality education, retention and completion of school remain challenging for children. These factors are compounded by poverty, long distances to schools, gender discrimination, and teenage pregnancy. Azania was touched to learn about the Education For All (EFA) organisation that provides access to education for children in some of rural Sierra Leone’s most isolated communities. On November 20th, Azania Noah will be presenting a beautiful exclusive concert in support of EFA. Invite your friends and family to come enjoy this beautiful performance in support of this powerful and worthy cause. www.azania.com.
