The Payerne Concert Association is delighted to welcome back the Chamber Choir of the University of Fribourg to the Abbey Church for a concert entitled ‘Baroque Mirrors’ by its creators. The concert is a collection of works emblematic of the polyphonic choral practice of the Baroque era, from its Italian beginnings to its maturity as embodied by Johann Sebastian Bach: a concentration of masterpieces of rare intensity.
