Description
Yann Lambiel presents a brand-new format at Fondation Opale: a talk that is not a show, but which will question the impostor syndrome – something we all experience, and which Yann has made the subject of his professional journey. After twenty-five years of career success, the persistent feeling of “not deserving” it still follows Yann Lambiel – a paradox he explores with honesty and self-mockery. “Just imagine: me, a small-town plumber from Saxon, finding myself ten years later in the office of the President of the Swiss Confederation…” Born in Saxon in 1973, Yann Lambiel is an impersonator, comedian, musician, singer, dancer, drummer and ventriloquist. With a repertoire of 130 voices, he offers a sharp, sensitive and always offbeat look on current events. While laughter lies at the heart of his work, his performances also reveal a natural talent for music hall and variety shows. The conference will be followed by a Q&A session with Yann and the public Photo: Thomas Masotti
