Description
"A Passage To India (2084)" Moving beyond conventional cyberpunk dystopias, the work presents a distinctly Indian perspective on technological futures, where cultural cyborgs such as Meenakshi—brought to life through motion capture by Indian classical dance exponent Jayalakshmi Eshwar—emerge as guardians of heritage. Through telematic performances and AI-generated landscapes, the installation explores how traditional arts might evolve in a world where technology serves cultural preservation rather than erasure. "ECAL LAB 360" A selection from the immersive projects of final year students at ECAL. "WAVY RGB" Immersive, interactive musical piece. In this installation, viewers are immersed in a colorful, rhythm-driven visual world. The audience is invited to participate in the unfolding of the sequence through various interactions guided by their smartphones. These interactions influence the work and allow participants to engage with the visual and narrative evolution of the experience.
