Rules and conditions of participation of the Vide Dressing The stand includes:- 1 table of 180x80 (provided on site)- 2 chairs (provided on site)- 1 clothes rack (max 1 clothes rack per stand, to be brought by you. If you don't have one, it is possible to rent one at the price of 5.- each but be careful, the quantity is limited).- 1 drink of your choice offered (coffee or tea) 1)The registration to the event constitutes the acceptance of the present rules and the conditions of participation of this one. 2)- Vendor: Refers to the person who participates in the event in order to sell his/her items.- Organizer: Refers to the person who organizes the event and supervises the smooth running of the event. 3)- The arrival and the installation of the stands is done between 9:00 and 9:30 am (For organizational reasons, the installations cannot be done before or after this time slot).- Sales are made from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm- The tidying up and departure is done between 5:00 pm and 5:45 pm (for organizational reasons the installations cannot be done before or after this time slot). 4)The items authorized for sale are the following:- Men's, women's and children's clothing of all sizes and all seasons.- Fashion accessories (bags, jewelry, shoes) for men, women and children. 5)Each booth is managed solely by the vendor. This includes his bags, his money and his sales.In case you don't have any bags, the buyer can buy reusable fabric bags at the price of 1.- each at the "catering" stand. 6)We decline all responsibilities in case of accident, theft, degradation or not selling your articles. 7)- In case of cancellation or withdrawal by the vendor, no refund will be made.(Tickets may be insured at the time of purchase. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the insurance. Please also note that if you insure your ticket, it is a contract between you and the insurance company! Not between you and the organizer!)- In the event of a general cancellation of the event, your ticket will remain valid for the replacement edition.We will not issue a refund. 8)Advertising:- In order to optimize a large number of visitors, we ask everyone to play the game of advertising as much as possible. Announcements, on the networks, posters of the event etc..An e-mail will be sent to you after registration, with a pdf of the poster.- On our side, 1000 flyers as well as 30 posters will be distributed and stuck around the venue.
