Flashback to 1851: Onex becomes its own municipality. A hundred and seventy-five years later, Antigel invites you to retrace the footsteps of a village that grew into a key player in the canton’s history and development. This time-travelling journey blends storytelling with local anecdotes, beginning in old Onex, crossing the Route de Chancy, and recounting the human adventure of a community shaped by its residents, poised between rural roots and urban energy. The poetic narrative, woven from Onex residents’ own testimonies, will take physical form through performances by Ballet Junior and circus artists. And because at Antigel history is something to be lived as much as listened to, Boodaman’s sweeping soundscapes will guide you through time… and across the road.
