Led by acrobat Quim Giron, this not-quite-solo piece relies on the active participation of children, who slip seamlessly from the audience onto the stage. For once, Copiar invites your youngsters to mirror the performer’s movements, becoming performers in their own right. Together, they build a one-of-a-kind performance, where the simple act of mimicking movements becomes an unexpectedly powerful way of revealing each child’s individuality. At the heart of a scenography where set, light and soundscape converse with one another, the children become the heroes of a magical microcosm.
