Description
Yom first gained recognition by revisiting traditional Jewish music. An outstanding clarinetist, his compositions, however, emerge at the crossroads of multiple influences such as classical, contemporary music, and jazz. On his second album as a duo with pianist Léo Jassef titled "Alone in the Light," Yom continues his spiritual quest, offering contemplative and intimate music beautifully underscored by the pianist's notes. This great improviser and longtime companion carries with his keys the inner quest led by the clarinet. It's up to us to embark with them on this divine pursuit of our inner richness.
