These spaces blend traditional practices—such as sauna, ice baths, and breathwork—with modern design and guided rituals to foster emotional regulation and authentic connection. By offering structured, alcohol-free environments, they provide alternatives to conventional social venues, promoting deeper interpersonal bonds and holistic well-being. To explore this trend, the INSEAD Alumni Association Switzerland invites you to experience firsthand how social wellness is reshaping modern well-being. Join us for an immersive event that showcases practices from pioneers like KEEN Wellbeing—featuring guided breathwork, thermal rituals, and community connection—all designed to foster mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of belonging. We are pleased to welcome David Wyss, founder of KEEN Wellbeing, to open the session with a short introduction to the global movement and its impact. The session will be followed by networking and apéro of healthy drinks & snacks with fellow INSEAD alumni interested in social wellness concepts and practices.
