During this activity, we'll discover the wild plants that surround us and are still visible in autumn (gentians, angelica, valerian, rose hips, etc.), which can support us during this period and boost our immunity. We'll learn how to recognise them and how to use them on a daily basis to make the most of their powers. We'll pick a few for the practical workshop.Then, in a mountain chalet, we'll look at the principles of immunity and use our harvest to make a wine and a tonic syrup, as well as an energising forest cocktail to enjoy on the spot, to prepare you as well as possible for the arrival of winter.These preparations will allow you to enjoy their benefits and unique flavour.   Recommended equipment:- Appropriate footwear and clothing for an autumn walk in the forest.- A notebook   Practical info:- Recipes and preparations to take home at the end of the event.- Bookings are open until 5.00 p.m. the day before the event.- The activity is valid for 2 participants or more.- Event cancelled in the event of bad weather.
