Dear Alumni, As most of you already know, the third weekend of January is booked in our calendars for the annual INSEAD Ski Weekend in Verbier. This much-loved social event is a great way to make new friends and spend quality time with old ones, while hitting the slopes at one of the best ski resorts in the Alps! During the day, Alumni Association volunteers will lead a range of activities for skiers and non-skiers alike. This year, we also included a snowshoeing option for those interested.Two optional dinners are organized on Friday and Saturday evening. If you wish to attend one or both dinners, please book your place by 5 January 2026. Menu 1: Starter: Lightly marinated gambas with Italian peperoncino and preserved lemon zest, served with avocado dressed in a lemon vinaigrette and fresh crudités. Main Course: Organic salmon steak, pan-seared skin-on, with a warm salad of green vegetables, served with a velvety salsa verde creammade with Chianti vinegar and green peppercorns. Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta with Moscato-poached pears, soft caramel, and crushed amaretti Menu 2: Starter: Vitello tonnato; Thin slices of pink-cooked veal, tuna sauce, capers, seasonal crudités, and crispy breadcrumbs. Main Course: Roasted corn-fed chicken breast, cooked skin-on, with a braised lentil ragout enriched with foie gras, a small winter salad with Chianti vinegar, and crispy leeks. Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta with Moscato-poached pears, soft caramel, and crushed amaretti. Registration and ActivitiesPlease note all registrations will include a general administration fee of CHF 20 which covers the overhead costs. Given the high engagement, and limited capacity, we recommend you sign up as early as possible to secure your spot.A dedicated Survey link to sign up for the ski groups is included to ensure the weekend runs smoothly.
