Following in the footsteps of Agnès, Nathalie Nemeth-Défago, a herbalist and mountain guide from the valley, this easy walk will take you on a discovery of edible plants in their autumnal season and those used since time immemorial in the valley to treat themselves. After picking the plants, it's time to enjoy the taste. While we prepare our aperitif, the Coquoz restaurant in Planachaux, a forerunner in cooking with wild plants in the region, will be concocting an original and tasty 3-course meal based on their long experience in fine cuisine and edible wild plants. You'll leave with recipes, tips on recognising plants, and funny and surprising anecdotes about the uses of local plants.
