Description

Bathed in the morning light and the calm of the peaks, the sun's rays sparkling on the pristine snow will fill your yoga sessions with energy and tranquillity. Then prolong this moment of well-being with a gourmet brunch at La Cantine sur Coux, for a rejuvenating break in the heart of nature.   Required equipment:- Yoga/sports mat or towel- Technical clothing that is breathable and warm (depending on weather conditions), a spare T-shirt, good outdoor shoes, a bottle of water   Practical information: - Carpooling will be organised between participants from the Champéry Tourist Office- Easy walk   Activity will take place with a minimum of 2 participants.Registration until 5pm the day before the activity.
