For our third tasting this semester, let's head to northern Spain to discover the Castilla y Leon region! We will explore 5 very special wines from La Casa del Abuelo, digging deep into the rich traditions of Spanish winemaking and discovering the region’s historic pairings. Well-established in the Spanish restaurant business, Mr Daniel Waldburger expanded into winemaking, following the cultural tradition of Castilla y Leon. We will be guided in the discovery of his wines, uncovering La Casa del Abuelo’s full panel of white, red and sweet wines. Along with the wines, a unique aspect of Spanish culture will be showcased with a full Jamón Iberico Leg, prepared and cut directly in front of you.
