Description

A yoga session at altitude to recharge your batteries and welcome the first rays of the sun.   A moment of softness and well-being for the body and mind, prolonged by the pleasure of a gourmet brunch in one of our mountain pastures. Perfect to start your day in the best conditions!   Equipment required: - A yoga mat or cloth, comfortable clothing depending on the weather, sunglasses and a bottle of water.   Practical information: - Carpooling will be organised from the Tourist Office.- Walk of about 1h30 round trip (250m difference in altitude)   Animation maintained from 2 participants.Registration until 5 pm the day before the activity.
