Description
Remembering the impermanence of all things (“anitya” in Sanskrit) is one of the founding principles of Buddhist philosophy. For Inbal Ben Haim, this idea—resonating dramatically with the chaos of our times—is an invitation to never give up. The artist weaves powerful connections between aerial circus, living scenography and visual poetry, building and unbuilding, together with the audience, a monumental sculpture made of threads. Stretched through space and magnified by light, the lines become figures, textures, materials and narratives. This “solo with many” is grounded in dynamics of interdependence, mutual trust and collective responsibility: here, artist and spectators join forces to imagine, together, new forms of resistance and creation. Time seems to stand still during this delicate and intense experience that defies the laws of gravity.
