Vascular Dissection Techniques and Microanastomosis Course 23–24 October 2026 — NET-Lab CHUV, Lausanne   Sharpen your microsurgical skills over two intensive, hands-on days at the CHUV NET-Lab. Under the guidance of an international faculty, participants will train in vascular dissection and microanastomosis using placenta models, in a small-group setting limited to just 10 places for close, personalised supervision.
