Description
Béatrice Boucher from Makia Yoga is offering a sound immersion experience amongst Emily Kam Kngwarray’s works in the exhibition galleries. With headphones on, you can wander through the spaces or settle down comfortably on cushions. Our cultural guide will begin with an introduction to the exhibition, after which Béatrice will guide you into a moment of meditation to the sound of singing bowls. More than simply a sonic experience, this sensory journey also offers meditative benefits. Sound and vibration can influence our breathing, heart rate and nervous system, fostering a profound sense of calm and serenity. An invitation to let yourself be carried away by the experience and discover what emerges from your encounter with the artworks. This practice of meditation and relaxation may lead to an altered state of consciousness and contribute to both mental and physical well-being.
