From Picking to Plate - Workshops and courses

Through an easy walk in the middle of nature, you will meet wild plants. You will learn to recognise, identify and cook the species that can be eaten. There are many delicious dishes based on regional plants. Some creative and simple recipes will be revealed to you... Participants will leave with the recipes of their succulent natural culinary preparations.   Required equipment:- Pen and notebook, knife or scissors and a bag for carrying your plants   Information :- Please inform the guide by telephone (+41 76 235 82 05) if you have any food intolerances and / or allergies.   Minimum 2 participants.Reservations until 5pm the day before.
