Description

Between water and infusion, breath and fermentation, we have brought together two artists at HiFlow, a hybrid space combining innovation, artistic creation and shared spaces, around a common language: liquid. On the one hand, Tomoko Sauvage will intoxicate you with the sound of her ‘waterbowls’ – porcelain, water, hydrophones – letting their sound waves filter through. On the other hand, Benoît D'Onofrio, known as the soberlier, will present his elaborate non-alcoholic beverages made from infused, macerated or fermented plants, true nectars that invite you to enjoy them in a different way. The performance will alternate between presentations and tastings of these finely composed beverages with refined musical gestures, opening up a space of sweetness where taste responds to sound. ‘Liquid love’ is a veritable bubble where every vibration, every aroma, becomes a sensory experience. A slow-paced, profound moment where we allow ourselves to be carried away by liquids that sing and those that are savoured.
