Description

Through an easy walk, you will go into the nature to meet the wild spring plants and learn to recognize them from a medicinal and culinary point of view.   After picking, it will be time for comfort: preparation and tasting of appetizers, washed down with drinks made from wild plants. You will associate the plants with creative recipes, looking for simplicity and using seasonal products.   Of course, you will leave with all the recipes from the day so that you can present your new creations at home, treating your friends and family to the simple perfection of nature's seasonal specialties.   Practical information:- Meet at the Salle de la Cour in Troistorrents (Maison Communale), then carpool to Val-d'Illiez for the walk.- Animation cancelled in case of bad weather.- All equipment is provided on site.   Required clothing :- Walking shoes and clothes adapted to the season.   Animation maintained from 2 participants.Reservation open until 5pm the day before the animation.
